As you go through your day, these days before the holidays, be mindful of your breath. Stay aware of your presence in this world. Recognize stress and the illusion of control. You are fine. You don’t need to over spend or go into emotional chaos for others. That’s not the meaning of holidays. Stop and tap your chest as many time as you need to so you can remember to love, be love, and give love. There will be next week, next year and you can still give without feeling as if the world will end by this Saturday if things don’t get done.
