A Great Spiritual Reset

2020 brought us a massive awakening. We began to see with 20/20 vision the things that no longer fit into our lives.

Without busyness a lot of our shadow self emerged. Things we had not dealt with came up and out. They got magnified. We were confined with others who were also experiencing their own shi(f)t.

I was sure then that there would be many separations and divorces when we returned to our previous lifelines. That’s exactly what happened in my own life. There were also many who found themselves picking up a vice (or two) in order to suppress the event(s). There was abuse involved and lots of low vibrational challenges ahead. There was so much loss and anxiety and uncertainties. We are seeing things come to light now, three years later.

Take a breather. Return to this moment. Look how far you’ve come on this great spiritual reset. Step back from it all throughout your day. Recognize your truth. These times, now, are about releasing and exploring all the karmic stuff and experiences that have kept you hostage all these years. We aren’t the same. We have had major upgrades, and I feel it is going to get even more interesting this year.

At this time you may be triggered by your partner, kids, parents, friends, neighbors and the media. You may be rubbed and irritated by the things, that before these times, didn’t trigger you. You may even fantasize of how different your life could be. You keep getting these intense nudges that something is “off” or not quite right in your life. You may be feeling into the massive anger and hurt in the collective, and because you are a super-empath, you feel that it’s yours.

It’s not. And, it is!

That other life that began three years ago is completely different. You may be questioning your purpose here. You may be dreaming of how to reinvent yourself professionally. You are also recognizing that simplicity is your new reality. You didn’t need all the heavy distractions. You don’t need all the things that used to make you happy.

Now, if you aren’t experiencing these obstacles, that’s okay too. I am so happy you are stable and able to live in your truth. This is your life. I believe our timelines have shifted or split. There is no returning to that other one because your experiences now are forcing a new life for you. You will never be the same.

My suggestion to you at this time is to deal with the dark side of your personality. It’s time to ascend and in order to do so you can no longer put that side of you on hold. You can no longer neglect healing it. Those triggers that keep being nudged or poked are trying to tell you something from your higher self. “It’s time to reset and clear the hurt that passed through your life.” Heal the past and work on releasing it. Forgive yourself. Forgive others. That irritation in you creates a crack that is allowing light to enter. The pressure may be too much to handle at times. Just know it will pass.

The struggle is real for many of us. I promise that you will emerge through a complete metamorphosis. It isn’t pretty. It is definitely uncomfortable. But… sigh, I feel you will choose the best outcome for you and your family. We are living in fascinating times and it feels hard. We make it harder with our thoughts. We were NOT meant to struggle this way. We have been programmed to believe in things and experiences that have nothing to do with the evolution of our souls.

I love you.

Climb Those Mountains

I’ve had several weeks of smallness. I’ve needed to make my life tiny in order to make big decisions and concentrate on some changes. It’s always a gift to create distance and move inward to what Spirit is conveying.

So…I meditate. I get out in nature. I travel far beyond the dimensions. I make sure to have no chaos or distractions from those around me. Because, ultimately, I need to care for me in order to care for others.

I’m super selfish with my “me time.” I will not comprise for anything unless it’s an emergency. I am blessed to have friends and family who allow me this time with so much respect. No one gets rattled or offended when I don’t reach out during my hiatus.

I’m no good if I can’t distance myself from the naysayers. I get to a point that I just can’t do anything but be…alone. I truly go on shutdown. Lately, this has been a theme on social media and once I turn it off, the magic happens in a way that blows my heart wide open.

We move and make decisions based on experiences and our personal level of awareness. I cannot ask others to help me when they have not experienced the challenges. And believe me, everyone has an opinion the moment you make things public. Everyone starts to tell you how you need to live based on what they’ve experienced. People are moved through fear in most cases. And then it’s transposed on to our human spirit.

But your higher self leads the way. It is your internal GPS. It knows truth. It begins to guide you to continue trekking.

Every mountain you choose to climb begins with small steps. If you go too fast you start to feel the unhealthy pressure and lack of breath. You allow fear to take over in that momentum. The tinier the steps the more endurance you accumulate. It might take longer but to climb a high mountain you need to truly be mindful of your life substance… your breath. You have to continue the self pep talks. You must believe in yourself beyond anything else.

GO climb your mountains. Regardless how others react. Go after your goals in spite of the naysayers. Take chances. Pick a path along the journey even when there are a million deviations. Keep climbing. Keep breathing. Keep focusing on what you want. In my life time I have heard a million opinions “you can’t do that!” I have made it and looked back and realized that I believed in myself more than anyone has believed in me. I’ve done some impossible things that have no logical explanation. And I don’t require logic to create through mysticism.

I have faith!

Your life is a blessing made up of so many magical moments. Don’t allow anyone to instill their shit on you. Ever! You begin to create the life you desire the moment you put on those hiking boots and start walking towards your purpose. The higher your purpose the more people will try to pull you down. It’s all a game and you get to decide how you participate.

You can do anything you want. I promise. But start with your inner awareness and full heart belief. Love yourself enough to turn the impossible into possible.

I love you,
Millie

It Only Takes One Person

Many years ago I attended a Tony Robbins seminar. It was gifted to me from a dear friend. I was in the worst financial crisis of my life, at the time. Our business had gone under. My ex and I had built a home and we were depleted. Creditors demanded their money. I was under the illusion that it was the end of everything. My fear of being homeless with six children was paralyzing me. It was absolutely one of the worst periods of my life. I was in a dark hole and I could not shake the grief/shame of the circumstances. To make matters even more interesting I had an accident months prior that erased my memories of many events from the past. I was struggling to make sense of every decision and every choice.

I questioned my purpose. I questioned my sanity. I was barely surviving.

I attended the weekend seminar (hesitantly). Tony has an ability to pump you up. He is all energy and I sure needed that. In the midst of all the exercises he mentioned that when he started his teachings and lectures he had decided that quantity didn’t matter. If one person showed up to his lectures then that was the one soul who needed it. I don’t remember much else except the feeling that I could do anything. That weekend catapult me into other amazing beliefs about myself.

That seminar was back in 2002. To this day I have kept that lesson close to my heart. If one person reads one of my posts or blogs then that’s the one who needs it. If one person is touched by my words then I have done my duty as a human to help another. You never know how you may be affecting another. You might just be the lifeboat that saves their ass that day.

We are in a society that believes that our worth is determined by how many “likes” we receive. We are obsessed with numbers and the need to be accepted. And this is not who we are. I grew up in a generation that didn’t have symbols on a screen to determine our worth.

When you compliment a person on the street, or at a store, or on the phone you might just be that one soul who has really seen him/her. You might just be the lifeline that allows them not to feel invisible. You might change their world with your acknowledgement. It’s that simple.

It only takes one person!

So…keep doing what you do. Keep showing up. Keep sharing with the world. Keep striving to be light for others. Even if it’s just one person that shines a little brighter because of you…you’ve done your job in human form. It only takes one person, darling!

I love you. I see you. I feel you. I understand. You are not alone.

Make a New Path

You have the power to create exits, entrances and a million pathways along the journey of your life. You aren’t stuck with just one way. That’s old programming that needs shifting. Make another way, build a beautiful path, take a road not taken… but do that one thing that leads you to something miraculous.

You’ve got this! You forget your power. You forget that no one is here to save you. You have to do it yourself. If there are speedbumps, slow down. If there are barricades, back up and go elsewhere. You get to decide how fast or slow you move… but keep moving!

I love you. Make each step count for something yummilicious!

Our Deepest Longing

It is our deepest longing to find answers to why we exist. What is the meaning of it all? Why are we here? And what is the reason to keep searching?

We have questions and we search for answers. Over and over. The answers are rarely found. The more awaken you are the deeper the desire for those answers. They are permitted to come in and accepted as they align with our truth. This is why my answers might not resonate with yours. Questions have little answers through quests. They come through in the moments of stillness and silence. Whether they are spiritual questions or not. Our only job is to be present (fully available) for the answers to arrive. Often times we don’t ask the right questions because when the answers arrive they don’t match our expectations. Ask and it is given so be careful what you ask. You might not want it.

Whatever you are wanting make clear declarations. Don’t settle. The universe has a sense of humor. It will utilize our wishy washy emotional state to show us what we might fear or not want. Stay in your truth.

The question you need to ask yourself when you aren’t receiving answers is: What am I resisting?

Lately, this has been happening to me. I’m surfing through. I don’t go back and I won’t go forward. All I have is this moment and at times it is truly hard to handle. But the questions are always there because I know better. I am allowing for the mysteries to unfold. It will come together.

These aren’t easy times but they are full of manifesting desires quickly. So make sure you ask for what you really want without confusion. And keep asking the hard questions. Keep searching for purpose. Ride the waves and allow for each breath to be your guide. Your higher self knows it all. It is waiting for you to sit back, shut up and listen!

Go For It

I don’t have an answer to what you are suppose to do tomorrow. I ask that you follow the yearning… your soul’s most fierce desire. It might take one day. It might take forty years. Perhaps there are things you have to learn before getting to that moment.

I don’t know.

You have the answers. We always know. We just have to listen to our own guidance instead of everyone else.

So start with your desire. Follow through with your imagination. Let the universe align to it all. You aren’t meant to be here to struggle like this. We aren’t put here for that.

Make sure you are allowing positive thoughts to dictate your days. This shi(f)t isn’t always easy. But it is YOUR story and what you do with it.

You are magic. Start acting like it. Now get out there and raise your vibration to LOVE. Everything you desire is on the other side of fear. Go get it. Move through love. That’s where it begins… and ends.

I love you.

Let Passion Guide You

Passion is the fuel that drives us to create and fulfill our soul’s yearning. Passionate folks believe in themselves above and beyond what anyone tells them. They don’t follow their ego as much as they follow their heart’s desires. Awareness and acceptance are key to their success in everything they do. Sitting with folks from different backgrounds, I recognize there are several distinctive traits that set passionate people from the norm.

…Bravery…

Vulnerability is the secret to bravery. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. The difference between a person who lives in victim mode and one who has passion is the courage they carry in their hearts. Passionate people are are survivors. They aren’t sitting around licking their wounds from the past. They fall and get right back up. This also doesn’t negate that they hurt and get disappointed just like everyone else. They just choose to get up and keep going. They kick fear’s ass over and over.

…Excitement…

Passionate people aren’t sitting there waiting for things to happen. They are seeing possibilities all around them. Excitement creates a positive vibe that ignites their search for more. They get excited about the challenges, adventures, and the journey that they will be on. Follow joy and excitement. Enjoy the process. Get giddy about the little things and much as the large experiences.

…Gratitude…

I find that those who have passion live in a state of joy because they are always following the present moment. They are grateful for all that they have. If you want to live in joy try keeping a gratitude journal. I write down every night three things that I’m grateful for that happened in my day. Gratitude allows you to see the small things. A single shift from disappointment to gratitude can change your entire perspective.

…Love…

And in the end it’s love. Those who have passion in their lives do it through love. You cannot speak of passion without returning to the source of love. Passionate people love themselves and others. They move through love and share it with the world. They are those who believe in humanitarian causes and fight till the end helping make this earth a better place. They come into this life ready to make changes and nothing stops them. Love is the ultimate motivator for the passionate soul. They know that without the innate desire to change and evolve, there is no doing. Love is the match that lights passion.

Passionate people don’t sit around feeling stuck. They are the trailblazers, doers and movers, the leaders, the mothers and fathers, the brothers and sisters, that all unite to make this place a better haven for the rest of us. These people don’t wait to be told what to do. They are the ones moving a mountain one teaspoon of dirt at a time. They are patient, determined, and generous. The best habit that a passionate person owns is the knowing that this life is here to make the most out of it. They know that in order to be happy, successful and loving there must be desire and the will to see past anything in the future. This is what separates the passionate person from those who do not follow their hearts.

Now you…what’s stopping you from following your passion? What old belief system has to be deleted for you to recognize that to get to your dreams you must manifest through passion?

My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style” – Maya Angelou

Choose Wisely

The psychology of spirit is pretty simple. Think good and good will arrive. Think negative and most likely you will get it. Think of thinking either and one way or the other you will get the negative. Negativity is a lower frequency. It takes a lot more to create and manifest from higher frequency. Positive energy requires joy and trust.

There are moments that truly push us to the edge of our spirituality. There are others that put us back on track. And, yet in other circumstances we are reminded that these are always, “Good times!” I don’t care how bad it gets because the truth is that we are here placed on this earth to learn, evolve and love in the process of living. With or without our awareness we are here to have a good time.

Be mindful of what you think when you are having a pity party. Be clear on how long you will allow the party to go on. Don’t let a bad day turn into something that will clearly become some kind of victimization attitude. This life is not created for that. These are, indeed, great times. Obstacles appear as reminders that you can overcome anything. Each challenge is an opportunity for growth and expansion.

If you don’t show up to your highest spiritual capacity take a look at what is holding you back. Most likely it’s you. You are holding yourself back from moving forward. No one else is to blame.

Always take full responsibility on how you act and react. It’s time you stop the victimization or martyr mode. Time is wasted on such dysfunctional behaviors.

Enjoy the spaces between the highs and lows. Enjoy the not knowing until you do. You are growing, darling! It isn’t always easy. So just be. Let’s make these moments good times. These are extraordinary times and we get to decide what holds us, what keeps us, and what lets us go. Sending blessings to you!

Rise Above

In the last month and a half I have made some difficult decisions as I had to be true to what my soul was expressing. I have spent a lifetime avoiding my desires while feeling guilt and shame for another.

Do I do this? Do I do that? What if I do this, will it affect this person? Oh…it’s just easier to do that which feels right. It’s time to be authentic to what I will or will not do. And it’s magical. It’s important to remember the stories of past events and return to the present with full awareness of the lessons.

Virginia Woolf said, “You cannot find peace by avoiding life.” Life needs to be acknowledged in its complete presence. It needs the wisdom of time, gratitude for each breath, and love for each connection. If you allow it, life will break you and then stitch those parts into a more remarkable being. When you let life guide without the fears of the unknown, through faith and trust, it will give you everything you have wanted and more…while being fully present with joy.

This is the adventure. This is the gift of living.

We are who we are because of the stories from the past. It’s in recognizing what we care to do with joy and what we won’t tolerate any longer that the magic begins to create through fairy dust particles of miracles. Things open up to align with your gifts and wishes.

Every road into memories and events allows us to figure out where we came from and how we got here. It becomes an unconscious clearing in mind, body and spirit.

Allow yourself to feel alive in those solitary moments when the reminder of living is magnified. Give your soul permission to visit and revisit the parts of you that need mending. Then may you return to the present with a full understanding of how awesome you are! Be embraced by Divinity!

Rise, darling! Rise to your soul’s yearning. Become all that you are meant to be but have forgotten for some time. You are the alchemist of your desires.
